I charge organizations on a sliding scale basis for my consulting work. This cost represents the direct contact time and does not include any preparatory work.
If your organization is well resourced (e.g. major hospital system), I expect payment near the upper end of the range. If your organization is not well resourced, I am honored to work with you; please pay what you can within my sliding scale range.
Organizations serving and led by BIPOC, and/or people with lived experience of houselessness and SUD should pay 300$ per hour.

The minimum charge for most organizations is 500$.

Technical Assistance

Technical assistance is a fancy word we use in consulting where I am not teaching, lecturing or presenting but instead, you are asking me specific questions about how to build more resilient, trauma informed systems for your organizations. For example, maybe you want to implement the ACES screening and you don’t know where to start - technical assistance would be me telling you best practices for doing this (pro-tip: don’t do ACES screenings!)
